What do I do if I lost my PIN code for the ESLAudit lock?

If you are an Administrator and have a user who has forgotten their PIN code, please use the following procedure(s) to issue a new PIN number:

For Dallas Key Log-in:
After Admin log-in select:
3-Admin, 2-Users, 2-Edit. Use the soft key under the right arrow to advance to the User profile. Press ENTER to advance to the EDIT screen. Press ENTER to advance to the “Set User Login Type”, press ENTER to save the current mode. The screen will ask to “Present The Key”. Present the Dallas Key for that User. The screen will display the User Name, press ENTER. The next screen displays the User I.D. number and the PIN is now 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1. Press ENTER to save.

For PIN Only Log-in:
After Admin log-in select:
3-Admin, 2-Users, 2-Edit. Use the soft key under the right arrow to advance to the User profile. Press ENTER to advance to the EDIT screen. Press ENTER to advance to the “Set User Login Type”, press the soft key under right arrow to advance to “PIN Only” and press ENTER. The screen will display the User Name, press ENTER. The next screen displays the User I.D. number and the PIN is now 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1. Press ENTER to save.
